Ounass Return & Exchange Policy:
- With the exception of major UAE holidays, orders are delivered every day.
- Orders must be placed between 9 AM and 8 PM; orders placed after 8 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following working day.
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in fully saleable condition, unaltered, and unused.
- Underwear, jewelry, and cosmetics are among the products that cannot be returned.
- Ounass assesses the returned goods to determine their condition before processing refunds.
